The Chapel of Goodnews is an interdenominational Pentecostal Church. Its membership cuts across various language professional, and age groups. Its Head Quarters is located at Nos 28/30 Tafawa Balewa Way, Kaduna – Nigeria.

VISION:  Ye are my witnesses… Isa 43:10 As our vision implies, we are committed to Missions as commanded by our Lord Jesus Christ in the Great Commission. Matt. 28:19-20 Our slogan – “Missions, our Vision” is borne out of our passion for both cross-cultural and intra-cultural missions.

OUR BELIEFS
We believe in the totality of the Holy Bible as the infallible word of God revealed and inspired by the Holy Spirit, as the final authority for faith and actions. 2 Tim. 3:16, 17. For instance, we believe:

1. The Holy Trinity of God (head) or Godhead Father, Son and the Holy Spirit. Matt. 28:19


2. The Lord Jesus Christ’s Divinity, Humanity, Incarnation, Virgin Birth, Death, Burial, Resurrection, Literal Ascension and Second Advent. I Tim. 3:16, Matt. 1:17-23


3. That all human beings have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God and that no person can save himself/herself from sin. Rom. 3:10-23


4. That salvation is by grace of God through faith in the effications and finished work of Christ on the Cross of Calvary. (by the grace of God). Acts 4:12, Eph. 2:8-9


5. The church of the living God is made up of all believers who form the body of Christ triumphant and militant. I Cor. 12:13-27


6. The Apostles Creed comprising the core doctrines of the church – the Body of Christ. Eph. 2:19-20.


7. The Priesthood of all Believers as taught in I Pet. 2:9


8. The oneness of the Body of Christ – The Church. Eph. 4:4-6


9. The Literal Rapture of All Believers who remain in Christ at His coming. I Thess. 4:13-18


10. The Great Commission as the Mission of the church of God. Matt. 28:19-20


11. The Christian Marriage between one man and one woman. Matt. 19:4-6


12. The final Judgment of all humanity and a Literal Hell and Lake of Fire. Rev. 20:11-15
